City Rules
Every member must know and follow these rules at all times. Breaking them means warnings, bans, or permanent removal.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Rule-breaking leads to warnings, 720-minute island banishments, or permanent bans. Ignorance is not an excuse.
General Conduct
How every player should behave
Be a Good Person
Be polite and treat other players well, especially beginners.
No Permission Abuse
Any permission abuse results in an immediate ban. Titles are earned, not exploited.
No Disrespect
Disrespecting other players (Dark RP) is strictly forbidden.
Zero Discrimination
All forms of discrimination, homophobia, racism, and sexual abuse are forbidden.
No Real-Money Trading
Selling in-game items for real-life money results in a permanent ban.
Respect the City
Any disrespect to the city or promotion of other servers is forbidden.
Combat & RP Rules
Fighting, chases, and character life
No Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Killing without a valid roleplay reason is forbidden.
No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Using a vehicle as a weapon is forbidden.
New Life Rule (NLR)
After your character is killed, all events from the last 30 minutes must be forgotten. A new story begins after revival. Revenge killing is forbidden.
Fear RP — Value Your Life
You must value your character's life as if it were the only one you have. Do everything possible to not put it at risk, especially while interacting with other players.
"Get Out of the Car" Rule
A chase MUST happen before anyone can say "get out of the car." Saying it outside the car without a chase is strictly forbidden.
Surrender or Flee
When given an order, you have two options: surrender and follow the RP of the approach/robbery, or flee and initiate a chase. "Get out the car" is only allowed AFTER a chase.

Weapon Zones
What weapons are allowed where
South Zone — Pistols Only
In the South, only regular pistols are allowed: Five-Seven, Glock, M1911. Higher rate-of-fire pistols like AP-Pistol are strictly forbidden.
South Domination Areas — All Weapons
Within domination areas in the South, all weapons are allowed.
North Zone — All Weapons
In the North, all weapons are allowed for both robberies and hostile encounters.
Street Actions & Kidnappings
Rules for robberies, actions, and encounters
No Shootouts on Roads
The city values RP. Endless back-and-forth shootouts on highways and streets result in a 720-minute banishment to the island.
Protected Players
It is forbidden to kidnap or rob beginners, paramedics, and mechanics on duty.
No Vehicles in Robbery Locations
It is forbidden to enter robbery locations with vehicles.
Wanted System
Illegal acts (robbery, car theft, murder) make you wanted and marked on the map for police for 10 minutes. Flee until the timer runs out.
Blip Actions Alert Police
Blip actions (small, medium, and large) automatically notify the police — no need to call them.
Gang Alliances
Alliances between Gangs/Organizations are allowed for blip actions, but limited to one alliance.
Record Your Actions
All participants in an action should have recordings to avoid future problems.
Calling for Backup
Criminals can request help from other members of their organization and lead chases to strategic locations for gunfights.

Routine stop rules, search authority, and your rights
Vehicle theft, recovery, and firearm rules
Technical & Anti-Cheat
System integrity and fair play
No Combat Logging
Disconnecting from the server while involved in an action is forbidden (CL).
No Bugs or Cheats
Using bugs, glitches, or external programs to gain advantages is forbidden.
No Modified Operating Systems
Using ReviOS or any other modified OS version is forbidden.
Windows Defender Required
Having Windows Defender uninstalled will lead to a ban.
No Helping Cheaters
Assisting a player using cheats results in an immediate permanent ban — including anyone who defended the cheater.
No Creating Rival Cities
Everyone involved in the creation of a new city can be banned after analysis by Management.
